Welcome to TYOQ (Touch Your Own Quill) at tyoq.com ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Products. We sell new and pre-owned (second-hand) fountain pens, writing instruments, pen cases, notebooks and accessories. Pre-owned items are inspected and described individually; minor signs of use are part of their condition and will be noted in the listing where relevant.For pre-owned products, after we receive your order we will record a high-definition video of the item, describing its condition, and send it to your email address. If you would like this service for a new product as well, please contact us.

Pricing. All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices without notice. Import duties, taxes and customs charges for international deliveries are the buyer's responsibility unless stated otherwise.

Orders and Payment. An order is confirmed once payment is received. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, including PayPal. We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of a pricing error, suspected fraud, or unavailability, in which case any payment received will be refunded.

Shipping. Orders are processed within [X] business days. We offer free shipping on orders over $99; shipping fees for orders below this threshold are calculated at checkout. A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

Returns. Please see our Returns Policy.

Liability. Product colours may vary slightly from the images shown due to screen settings. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product concerned.

Changes. We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time; the version in force at the time of your order applies.
