Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

To start a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number before sending anything back. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or different from its description, in which case we will cover the return cost.

Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Items marked as final sale, and items that have been inked, used, or damaged after delivery, cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Pre-owned items: because each pre-owned pen is unique, please check the condition notes in the listing before ordering. A pre-owned item may be returned under the same policy if it does not match its description.
